Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Position Summary

Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and organization? Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members through following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken. We’ll also count on you to properly wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available to take home to their families.

There are times when you will juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members with their bakery orders. Your smile can make the difference between a good shopping experience and a great one. You won’t just prepare fresh food—you’ll help a family have a great meal. What

you’ll do
  • Be a Team Member:
    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross-functional teams and help educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively with team members; be flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas.
  • Be an Expert:
    Prepare food according to item specifications; plan for future and mass productions; prepare for seasonality; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; understand product and layout execution.
  • Be a Techie:
    Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; use handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
  • Be an Owner:
    Drive the area’s performance; manage high exposure and expectations; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control; eliminate waste; guide peers and respond to customer needs; assist customers according to company policies.
  • Be a Talent Ambassador:
    Model high-quality service and products; demonstrate energy, commitment, and passion; contribute to a positive member experience.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; follow Open Door Policy and apply these in business processes.
  • Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress and opportunities for improvement; adapt to change and feedback.
