Member Frontline Cashier

Overview

Member Frontline Cashier role  position involves running registers, supporting members through the self-checkout experience, and providing a friendly, service-oriented experience to members in the club environment.

• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
• Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed and answer questions
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area
• Assist members with purchases, payments, and self-checkout transactions according to company policies
• Assist with locating merchandise, processing transactions, and supporting member self-service technology
• Ensure safety and compliance as applicable (scope limited to the cashier/front-end context)
• Support colleagues and adapt to a fast-paced environment, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during holidays

• Minimum Qualifications:
  
  Customer Service, Retail experience including operating front-end equipment (e.g., cash register), working with mobile retail applications
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Optional but beneficial customer service and sales experience; ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

• Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr
• Other compensation may include premiums based on schedule, facility, or work performed
