RN Salary: $32.00 per hour + $5.00 shift differential

Responsibilities

Freedom Village is recruiting for a hospitality focused LPN or RN to join our team. This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants. Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an RN/LPN:

  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent life-style of residents.
  • Identify resident medical and behavioral changes and develop and monitor care plans with re-assessments.
  • Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
  • Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
  • Ensure preventive, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assist in coordinating nursing care with other disciplines.
Qualifications
  • Current nursing license valid in Michigan
  • Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community
