Compensation & Schedule- Full Time: 1st & 2nd Shifts
- Hourly Pay + $3.40/hour HERO Pay
- 34-Bed Facility
- Provide direct resident care following individualized care plans
- Administer medications and perform treatments as needed
- Support and supervise nursing assistants
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical policies
- Ensure resident safety, dignity, and overall well‑being
- Active LPN license
- Medication administration and IV certification
- Understanding of state rules and regulations
- Positive, dependable attendance and strong teamwork skills
- Passion for improving residents’ lives
