Een zorgorganisatie voor mensen met een beperking in Holland zoekt een begeleider die cliënten met een lichamelijke beperking en/of NAH ondersteunt. Je biedt persoonlijke zorg en begeleiding, werkt zelfstandig en in teamverband, en speelt een cruciale rol in het behoud van de zelfstandigheid van cliënten. Een mbo-opleiding minimaal niveau 3 en ervaring in de zorg zijn vereist, evenals een respectvolle en open houding.
