Salary Range: $59,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

• Supervise daily production operations to meet output targets and schedules.
• Manage, train, and evaluate the performance of production personnel.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards.
• Monitor production metrics, analyze data, and report on departmental performance.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective corrective actions.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth material flow and resource availability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and efficiency.

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and production scheduling.
• Demonstrated knowledge of safety protocols, quality control standards (e.g., ISO, GMP), and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team management and cross-functional collaboration.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or similar continuous improvement methodology
• Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams or projects
• Bilingual proficiency, particularly in languages common to the local workforce
• Formal training or certification in advanced safety protocols (e.g., OSHA 30)
