Overview
AUTOKINITON, formerly L&W Group, is excited to announce an opening for a Production Coordinator in our Stamping Operation in Holland, Michigan! As a busy manufacturing supplier that produces car parts for major automotive customers around the world, we need you to apply.
MinimumJob Requirements
- Good verbal and written skills
- Proven technical ability
- Knowledge of SPC
- Problem solving skills
- Knowledge of MIOSHA standards
- Knowledge of mics, calipers, etc.
- Ability to maintain L&W Hilo permit.
- Ability to adapt to and use computers
- 4 years manufacturing experience
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor downtime and develop action plans to minimize
- Motivate Associates to do a good job
- Monitor equipment and maintain a clean and safe environment
- Know and support company policies and procedures
- Ensure press/welder schedules are met
- Know customer requirements
- Communicate production concerns to your manager
- Maintain a smooth start-up of shift
- Communicate your concerns and/or associates concerns to your Manager.
- Work with Associates on production reporting and quality specifications
- Monitor the effectiveness of your group leaders
- Monitor high scrap jobs and create action plans to minimize
- Coordinate scheduling adjustments as required
- Monitor, develop and implement action plans to improve labor and work center efficiencies
- Ensure raw material is available to meet press schedule
- Evaluate and administer disciplinary action when necessary
- Identify, evaluate and justify capital expenditures
Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Skills and Knowledge- Expert in network trouble shooting skills in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with network software diagnostic tools, such as Wireshark and Fiddler.
- Familiarity with Windows diagnostic tools, such as Process Monitor and Event Viewer.
- Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
