Toolmaker - Deep Draw Stamping

JMS Incorporated is a rapidly-growing manufacturer of deep drawn and progressive die metal stampings. We are located in Holland, MI, and have been proudly supporting the metal stamping industry for over 30 years.

We have first, second, and third shift openings in our manufacturing department for both Production Toolmakers and Development Toolmakers. The positions require the candidates to have experience building/maintaining transfer press tooling and/or progressive dies for high-volume metal stamping production. A high school diploma and a minimum of three years of experience in the tool and die industry (or a similar combination of education and experience) is desired, but not a requirement.

Responsibilities for both positions include: setting up existing tooling in presses, troubleshooting any tooling-related issues, as well as general tool and die maintenance. The Development Toolmaker position requires additional experience in the development of new tools and participating in the new product launch process.

JMS offers a competitive wage, and both second and third shifts receive an additional shift premium. Our work schedule is based on 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, with overtime opportunities for supplemental pay. Quarterly profit sharing is offered to those who qualify.
