Project Manager - Holland Area

Salary Range: $79,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of manufacturing projects, from product development to facility upgrades.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements, including production equipment and personnel.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans, ensuring adherence to production timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedule and budget.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless project integration.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and report on financial performance to stakeholders.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet established quality standards and comply with relevant manufacturing regulations.

• Proven experience leading complex projects within a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality control.
• Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems for production planning and resource management.
• Strong technical aptitude, preferably with an engineering or technical background relevant to manufacturing operations.

• Proficiency with manufacturing‑specific ERP/MES systems.
• Experience managing automation or Industry 4.0 projects.
• Familiarity with CAD software and technical drawings.
