Salary Range: $48,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

• Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and execute timely repairs to minimize downtime.
• Inspect, test, and adjust production machinery for optimal performance and safety.
• Install and commission new industrial equipment and production lines.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used accurately.

• Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission.
• Demonstrated experience with manufacturing machinery and equipment in an industrial setting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints for troubleshooting and repair.
• Strong understanding and adherence to industrial safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Technical degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field.

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting or programming.
• Proficiency in welding (MIG, TIG, Stick) and fabrication techniques.
• Familiarity with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or Lean manufacturing principles.
• Certification in a specialized area such as hydraulics, pneumatics, or robotics.
