Een zorgorganisatie in Michigan zoekt een Manager Primair Proces voor kleinschalige woonvoorzieningen. Je geeft leiding aan teams en bent verantwoordelijk voor het behandelklimaat, de ontwikkeling van medewerkers en de bedrijfsvoering. Je werkt nauw samen met directie en gedragswetenschappers. We vragen een afgeronde Post-HBO of WO opleiding en minimaal 3 jaar leidinggevende ervaring in de (jeugd) zorg. Dit is een zinvolle functie waarin je bijdraagt aan de ontwikkeling van jongeren in een veilige omgeving.
