The General Manager will play a key role in the operation of our restaurants.
Responsibilities include:
- Directing the daily operations of a restaurant
- Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas, including product preparation, customer relations, maintenance, inventory management, team management, recruiting, retention, and financial accountability
- Delivering high-quality products and services to customers
- Performing other duties as required or assigned
Qualifications include:
- Minimum of six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year of managerial experience with another concept, or recommendation by current Area Manager
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and interpret Profit and Loss Statements
- Leadership skills and computer literacy
