Perform maintenance and repair tasks on HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, air handler units, and rooftop units;
Manage inventory and coordinate with maintenance workers to resolve maintenance problems;
Support the Energy Engineering Department with projects, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance;
Work on building maintenance tasks such as electrical, plumbing, drywall, and sheet metal repairs;
Ensure proficiency with Building Management Systems and recommend upgrades to the Maintenance Supervisor
