Enviro-Clean Services is a fast-growing janitorial and cleaning company with over 1,600 team members across Michigan , and we’re looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Recruiter to join our Holland-area office. If you love organization, juggling multiple priorities, and helping great people get hired, this role might be for you!

This role is all about full-cycle recruiting and staying on top of the details . You’ll guide candidates from first conversation through hire, while keeping track of multiple roles, timelines, and requirements — all at once.

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the hiring process from initial screening through onboarding.
• Candidate Screening: Review applications and identify the best-fit candidates.
• Interview Scheduling: Coordinate interviews and keep everyone on track.
• Hiring & Onboarding Coordination: Manage start dates, pre-employment requirements, and compliance steps.
• Detail & Process Management: Track candidates at various stages with different hiring needs — accuracy and organization are key!
• Field Recruiting: Occasionally step out of the office to help promote opportunities and connect with potential candidates.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities at the same time
• Dependable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Recruiting or HR experience is a plus, but not required
