Housekeeping - Part-time, 1st shift - $1000 sign-on bonus!

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:45 am‑3:45 pm

Pay: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour
Sign‑On Bonus: $1,000

Job Description
The Housekeeper is responsible for the cleanliness and neatness of assigned apartments and common areas.

• Perform general housekeeping duties in apartments — vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, dusting all cleared flat surfaces.
• Perform housekeeping duties in hallways and common areas as directed by supervisor.
• Accomplish all work in the order of priority set by supervisor.
• Maintain equipment and supplies in proper condition.
• Attend in‑service training and education sessions as assigned.
• Maintain resident confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

• Good command of written and verbal English and ability to follow instructions.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lb.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

• Moderate to heavy physical effort 95% of the work day.
• Stand, walk long distances up to 8 hours per day; stoop, kneel, bend, reach, stretch.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lb independently; push or pull wheeled carts and equipment weighing up to 100 lb.
• Operate vacuum, work in confined spaces, and have constant contact with residents.
• Potential exposure to communicable diseases, unpleasant odors, high heat, and cleaning chemicals.
