Prepare and administer medications as allowed by state regulation following established policies and procedures.;
Accurately document medication administration at time of service and verify resident identity and dosage information.;
Maintain security of medication cart and conduct narcotic counts at the start and end of shifts.;
Communicate effectively with physicians, homecare providers, and other staff; relay shift changes and resident concerns.;
Assist residents with activities of daily living and support social engagement per care plan.
