Een lokale overheidsorganisatie in Holland zoekt een medewerker voor het Klant Contact Centrum. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor inwoners en beantwoordt vragen over belastingen, vergunningen en meer. Flexibiliteit en empathie zijn cruciaal, net als een goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels. De functie is voor 24-32 uur per week voor een periode van 6 maanden, met mogelijkheid tot verlenging.
