Caregiver 2nd shift

As a resident aide, you will provide both physical and emotional support, while forming genuine connections with our residents. This role helps you cultivate essential life skills such as patience, empathy, and effective communication, and you will know that every day you are positively impacting the lives of our residents.

• Assisting with care needs, such as dressing, grooming, bathing, and toileting
• Encouraging resident involvement within the community
• Maintaining cleanliness of the environment through light housekeeping
• Assessing for changes in resident condition and communicating immediately to supervisor
• Completing all required documentation and charting
• Communicating professionally with families, support services, and coworkers
• Complying with safety and health standards, including infection control procedures
• Assisting other team members with their duties
• Performing other assigned duties as directed by supervisor

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience working with the elderly preferred
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
