Smart Schofield Shorter, P.C., is a law firm looking to hire a litigation/personal injury paralegal to work full time in our SLC/Murray office.
Responsibilities- Assist with litigation/personal injury cases from start to finish, including requesting medical records, drafting demand letters and pleadings.
- Learn quickly about internal office systems and procedures.
- Be organized, deadline driven, and able to multi-task, handling numerous on-going issues and cases.
- Help with administrative tasks and/or other duties, including billing.
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Should be able to type 80 WPM
- Should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat DC Pro, and Outlook
- Experienced litigation/personal injury paralegals may receive preference
- Medical, Dental Insurance
