Sew prototypes, samples, and one-off builds for backpacks and related outdoor gear;
Interpret patterns, tech packs, sketches, and verbal direction from designers;
Construct complex assemblies including panels, straps, harnesses, pockets, and closures;
Work with technical materials such as Cordura®, ripstop nylons, laminates, foams, and webbing;
Operate industrial sewing machines (single-needle, walking foot, bartack, etc.)
