Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, loading docks, and building perimeters;
Monitor access points and control the entry and exit of employees, contractors, and visitors; verify identification and/or credentials in line with site requirements;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, medical calls, fire-related conditions, and other disruptions to operations;
Complete routine reports and documentation such as shift activity logs, incident reports, and maintenance and/or hazard observations, and communicate concerns to site leadership as needed
