Overview

Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty) (T2122)  starting hourly rate is $17.00 USD per hour with pay range $17.00 - $25.50 per hour.

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, inspirational and promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist the guest as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and to solve and support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity to create a guest-ready floor.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization, including locating merchandise to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through using remerchandising best practices to deliver an inspiring shopping experience for guests.
• Support price change processes by executing clearance merchandising best practices, including signing execution.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms as an opportunity to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by ensuring merchandise from the fitting room and guest service is worked back out to the sales floor throughout the day.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance, and work in a safe manner at all times; comply with safety policies and training; report hazards and correct where possible.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-Up (DU) while maintaining compliance with applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and engage with guests to solve their needs.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
• Effective communication skills; ability to work independently and with a team.
• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly; stay focused in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders; scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 15 pounds often and up to 44 pounds occasionally with assistance.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing duties such as Drive-Up and carryout.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift.
