Are you a Marketing Coordinator who is ready to roll up your sleeves, offer fresh ideas, and implement them in successful campaigns? The ideal candidate will be passionate about using digital tools to help us achieve our company sales goals. With guidance and training from the Director of Marketing, you will help with strategy, execution and operationalizing of all marketing efforts and marketing plans for our brand.
Your role will be critical in driving growth and success, ensuring we continue to deliver innovative and effective marketing campaigns that drive demand, grow sales, and increase awareness.
- Analyze market trends, competitor landscape, and patient demographics to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify target audiences for specific products and tailor marketing messages accordingly.
- Utilize AI in marketing initiatives to take our game to the next level.
- Posting Ads on general advertising platforms, META, Google and Tik Tok and Linked In.
- Editing videos and content to distribute across social media platforms.
- Ensure the brand’s consistency and effectiveness across all digital platforms upholding its identity.
- Monitor, measure and report on all marketing results to assess effectiveness and communicate sales opportunities
- Work closely with the sales department to align marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Design marketing collateral for trade shows and events. In addition, plan a happy hour or special dinner/activity for clients at events.
- Manage Social Media Platforms with attention to detail, ensuring high-quality and professional representation of the brand across all channels.
- Monitor key marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.Analyze patient data to identify trends and inform future marketing strategies.
- Prepare regular reports for leadership on marketing performance and insights.
- 1-2 or more years of related experience is required.
- Social media marketing experience
- Excellent writing and communication skills to create compelling marketing materials.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and measure marketing effectiveness.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Experience or knowledge of AI in marketing
