Muller's Woodfield Acura is looking for a Finance & Insurance Manager who knows how to perform at an elite level.
Our current F&I Director is retiring. The store is stable. The structure is strong. The opportunity is real.
We are the #1 Certified Store in the District, a multi-time Council of Excellence winner, and the 2025 Precision Team Premier Award recipient. The traffic is here. The product is strong. The expectations are high.
Compensation: $120,000 – $200,000+ per year.
That number is earned, not given.
We need a disciplined, numbers-driven F&I professional who can:- Hold gross without damaging CSI
- Manage lender relationships strategically
- Execute flawless paperwork and digital contracting
- Perform consistently in a high-expectation environment
Dealer track and Darwin mastery is mandatory. Digital contracting experience is mandatory. A verifiable production history is mandatory.
