Description
- Takes direction on projects and customer interaction from Construction Project Manager, PMO Manager, Project Manager.
- Demonstrates comprehension for less complex or basic customers’ needs/expectations.

- Assist in communication to all stakeholders (internal and external) regarding project status, risk/issues.

- Voluntarily seeks out additional responsibilities.
- Assist in communication to all stakeholders (internal and external) regarding project status, risk/issues.
- Assist the Construction Project Manager/Project Managers with schedule coordination, status compilation, meeting management, and other project process/documentation.
- Execute assigned details of projects based on project scope including scheduling, data entry, technician and customer follow-up, and order tracking
- Communicate with customer stores to ensure equipment has arrived and confirm technician visit
- Coordinate scheduling and assigning resources for projects and service calls
- Track shipments and communicate with internal and external customer/vendors to resolve issues as needed
- Record meeting minutes/assign tasks in appropriate platforms
- Assist with ongoing client communication including regularly scheduled meetings and calls
- Provide crucial administrative and organizational support to CPM
- Schedule meetings, manage documentation, track project progress, coordinate communication, manage email correspondence
- Ensure materials, equipment, and personnel are allocated efficiently
- Associates Degree in business or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of relevant project management/client services experience
- Proven success developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to work as a team member
- Detail oriented
- Professional, high-integrity, reliable, organized, driven and results-oriented
- Proficient MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook)
- Procore experience preferred
- Schedule flexibility
