Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with direct, hands‑on manufacturing experience
. This is not a corporate finance or purely reporting role — the ideal candidate actively understands the production process and can influence operational decisions to increase profitability across the division. Candidates without real manufacturing experience or operational insight will not be considered

• Partner with production teams to analyze costs, margins, and operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to increase profitability across all manufacturing areas.
• Build and maintain financial models and scenario analyses that drive actionable decisions.
• Lead divisional budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with a focus on operational improvements.
• Provide insightful reporting and recommendations to leadership that directly impact production performance.

• Minimum 5 years of FP&A experience directly in manufacturing operations

• Proven track record of improving divisional profitability through operational insight.
• Strong understanding of production processes, cost structures, and operational KPIs.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; ERP experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

• CPA or CFA is a plus.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives in manufacturing to optimize performance.
