Takeoff Specialist – Civil Construction

$70,000 – $85,000 per year

• Interpret civil drawings and plans.
• Calculate material quantities for concrete, asphalt, and debris removal.
• Prepare detailed take‑off reports for construction projects.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure accuracy of estimates.

• Experience performing takeoffs for civil or construction projects.
• Strong ability to read site plans, grading plans, and specifications.
• Familiarity with estimating software or digital takeoff tools is a plus.
• Background in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
