• Resolve escalated client issues and disputes using problem-solving skills
• Research issues by contacting internal business groups to determine resolutions
• Provide account reconciliations, including contract versus invoice and payment application
• Attend critical calls to review assigned accounts, discuss balances due, and payment statuses
• Review and validate disputes, process credit memos, and correct billing errors as needed

• Minimum educational requirement:
  High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient working knowledge in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-changing environment

• Familiarity with Oracle EBS and Salesforce Billing
• Experience in a role involving account management or dispute resolution
