Summary
An Insurance Broker based in Hertfordshire has a new role for a Trainee Insurance Adviser to join their expanding team.
Main Duties- Dealing with general insurance inquiries via the telephone, email and face-to-face
- To learn and adopt internal procedures and CRM to best service client requirements
- Ensure that all transactions / interactions are compliant
- Become fully conversant in all personal lines and Micro SME insurance solutions
- To account manage existing customer renewals under supervision
- Offer added value add-on products where applicable
- Gain a better understanding of clients needs for up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- Be pro-active in canvassing for new business
- Fast learner and a passion for customer service
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Good organisational and time management skills
- IT literate
This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to enter the insurance industry following school or further education.

Salary c £20,000
