Scientist, Formulation at Pharmaron

We’re looking for a Scientist in Formulation to support the design and development of oral dosage forms, including tablets and capsules tailored for clinical studies. You’ll play a key role in supporting phase‑appropriate formulations and processes that meet both scientific and client expectations.

• Conduct formulation development studies and support manufacturing of clinical supplies in compliance with GMP standards.
• Document experimental results accurately and maintain high‑quality records for regulatory compliance.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project coordination.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and contribute to project timelines and deliverables.
• Participate in training and development activities to enhance technical and practical skills.
• Support evaluation and implementation of new technologies and processes within the team.

• Strong academic background (Master’s or PhD in pharmaceutical sciences, formulation, or related field).
• Practical knowledge of GMP, documentation practices and regulatory guidelines (training provided if needed).
• Good communication skills for client interactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to dynamic project needs.
• Prior industrial or CDMO experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
