We are seeking a Police Station Accredited Criminal Solicitor to handle a caseload of criminal defence matters from police station through to court proceedings. You will represent clients during interviews under caution, prepare cases, and advocate in court when required.
This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a highly experienced legal team in a supportive environment that encourages professional development and autonomy.
Key Responsibilities Attend police stations to represent clients during interviews under caution. Manage a varied criminal caseload from initial instruction through to conclusion. Prepare legal documents, witness statements, and trial bundles. Conduct advocacy in Magistrates Court and liaise with Counsel for Crown Court cases. Maintain compliance with LAA and SRA regulations. Provide exceptional client care and maintain professional relationships with police, CPS, and court staff.
