Little Blossom Tree Nursery & Pre-School is a brand-new early years setting in Broxbourne, located within The Precinct with excellent transport links and nearby parking. Opening in March 2026, we will provide a warm, inclusive and stimulating environment for children aged3 months to 5 years, operating all year round, Monday to Friday, 8:00am6:00pm. At full capacity, we will care for up to72 children, supported by an experienced team of approximately
17 staff. Our vision is to deliver a nurturing, language-rich, play-led learning experience where every child feels loved, valued and supported. We are committed to a home-from-home environment, cultural inclusivity, strong parent partnerships, SEND-inclusive practice, and small key groups that allow individual attention. The nursery has been thoughtfully designed with bright, airy spaces, calm reading corners, sensory zones and age-appropriate learning stations, alongside modern digital systems for parent communication and child progress tracking.

Healthy, culturally diverse meals will be supported through our kitchen and dining areas. The Nursery Manageris the senior leader responsible for the day-to-day running, growth and strategic development of the nursery. They will lead on safeguarding, compliance, team management, curriculum quality, health & safety, finances, recruitment, and Ofsted readiness, while building strong relationships with families, staff and the wider community.

The role is40 hours per week, between 7:45am6:15pm, Monday-Thursday and with occasional evening commitments for events and parent meetings. Essential requirements include aLevel 3 Early Years qualification (minimum), at least2 years experience in an early years setting with leadership experience (Manager/Deputy/Room Leader), strong knowledge ofEYFS, safeguarding, KCSIE, SEND, and confidence managing staffing, budgets, occupancy and nursery software. Paediatric First Aid and DSL training are required (or willingness to obtain).
