. PEAR Recruitment, a well‑regarded, family‑run agency based in Hoddesdon, is seeking a dedicated candidate to join their friendly and supportive team.

Salary:
Up to £31,500 + Bonuses (Full time – depending on experience; pro rata if part time). Full‑time hours:
Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

• Handling correspondence, maintaining records, and preparing and invoicing clients while contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.
• Reaching out to potential clients, presenting the agency’s services with confidence, building lasting professional relationships, and serving as the first point of contact over the phone.

• Proven experience in an administrative role, with a strong emphasis on organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated success in business development or sales, particularly in a recruitment or staffing context.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and persuasive telephone manner.
• Proficiency in using office software and CRM systems.
• A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
