As a Junior Office Administrator
, you will play a key part in the smooth running of the office, supporting the wider team with essential admin duties. This role is ideal for a motivated junior candidate who enjoys organisation, communication, and working in a busy environment.

• General admin tasks including filing and document control
• Managing the company diary and scheduling appointments
• Placing orders and liaising with suppliers
• Answering the office phone and directing enquiries professionally
• Data input and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting senior staff with additional admin duties as required

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and develop within a junior admin role
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
• Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office desirable)
