Base pay range$72,000 – $132,000 per year
Position SummaryAs a Partner Manager in Emerging Sales at Walmart Connect, you’ll help bring full‑funnel advertising solutions to brands across categories and drive revenue for Walmart while delivering client results.
What you’ll do- Become an expert in the marketplace competitive landscape, trends, and business models through deep partnership with cross‑functional teams.
- Use your experience building relationships to advise clients and create strategic retail media plans.
- Reach and strive to exceed sales quotas while contributing to team goals.
- Help define best practices, processes, and forge through ambiguity to move the business forward.
- Travel to client meetings and collaborate with colleagues on‑site at our Walmart Connect office locations.
- Passion for digital advertising and building partnerships; expertise in Walmart merchandising ecosystem.
- 3+ years of experience in digital sales, search/sponsored products, display, digital‑retail media, full‑funnel platform sales, PMP/automation.
- Knowledge of marketplace dynamics, small‑business needs, and automated self‑serve platforms (DSPs, API partners).
- Knowledge of measurement and analytics used to evaluate performance.

Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field and 2 years’ experience; OR 4 years’ experience in engineering, IT, business, marketing or related area.
- Business, marketing, or sales degree with 3 years’ experience.
- Leadership of cross‑functional teams.
