Position OverviewThe PACT Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) supports the delivery of medication monitoring, administration of prescribed IM medication, and taking and tracking of vital signs in coordination with the team RN. The LPN is responsible for working to full scope of practice, performing work as required and functioning as an effective member of the interdisciplinary team.
Required Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent, must have graduated from an accredited nursing training program and possess and maintain licensure, in good standing, in the State of NJ as an LPN.
- Current CPR Certificate required (BLS)
- Immunization course
- Medication course
- IM Course
- Valid driver’s license required No more than one moving violation within the past 12 months
