IQVIA is a global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence. The Nurse Educator Program is an educational-based program designed as a resource for patients living with chronic diseases who have been prescribed specific medications. Nurses educate patients on disease treatments and provide resources to begin and manage their disease state and prescribed medications. Nurses participate in one-on-one communications with patients in person, by telephone, video, email and SMS, following program guidelines.

This role does not provide medical advice or work clinically within the program.

• Coordinate and facilitate the connection between patients and program-approved, patient-based resources.
• Provide direct educational training to patients on specific disease states and assigned medication.
• Ability to support multiple disease states and medications as needed.
• Provide patient-focused education to promote behavioral change for empowerment to improve treatment compliance.
• Foster appropriate dialogue between patient and health care provider.

• Bachelor s degree and/or BSN preferred.
• RN licensure required in state of residency; compact multi-state license as available per state.
• Current nursing license in good standing.
• 5+ years clinical experience in healthcare (hospital, home health, pharmaceutical or biotech).
• Nurse educator experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ambassador must live in the designated territory as determined by the business.
• Direct interaction with patients and support for persistence and compliance.
• Knowledge of clinical data and pharmacology.
• Demonstrated time management, planning and prioritization skills; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated effective presentation skills; ability to motivate others; strong interpersonal (written and verbal) skills with cross-functional and independent work ability.
• Ability to develop, follow and execute plans in an independent environment.
• Dedicated home workspace.
• Strong relationship-building skills both internally and externally; adaptable to changing environments and responsibilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and iPad technology.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings; travel up to 60-70% as required.
• Compliance with client requirements that on-site personnel be fully vaccinated where applicable.
• Annual salary plus car allowance and potential bonus; other incentives and benefits may apply.

The potential base pay range for this role is $95,000-$105,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, and schedule. Depending on the position, incentives, bonuses, and other benefits may be offered.
