Associate Director

Our client, a leading organization in the beauty and personal care industry, is seeking an Associate Director to join their team. As an Associate Director, you will be part of the Innovation Department supporting the North American Dove Hair Business. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, leadership, and creativity which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Associate Director

Location: Hoboken, NJ (Hybrid role - 3 days a week onsite, T, W, TH - (manager is flexible)

Pay Range: $60/hr-$65/hr

• Lead innovation initiatives for Dove Hair in North America, translating global concepts into local market success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling consumer propositions and ensure timely commercialization.
• Shape and execute a multi-year innovation pipeline aligned with brand growth strategies.
• Build and manage robust business cases, including demand forecasting, pricing, and scenario planning.
• Drive social‑first product development and embed eCommerce strategies into product mix planning.

• 8+ years of experience in marketing innovation within the beauty or personal care industry.
• Proven leadership in managing cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Strong ability to derive consumer insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and digital commerce channels.
