• Repairing a Rolex timepiece
• Servicing a Patek Philippe watch
• Working on mechanical and quartz timepieces, water resistance testing, and replacing case gaskets or refurbishing mechanical movements

• Intimate working knowledge of the watch industry and a passion for watches
• Proficient in technical repair and service on multiple brands according to brand guidelines
• Enjoys variety, with over 100 watch brands to be fixed at any given time
• Comfortable working with state‑of‑the‑art equipment and tools such as Witschi, Horotec, Bergeon, Elma, and Roxer

• Motivated, driven, and love to work closely with watches
• Minimum 2 years of industry experience; must pass bench test (WOSTEP or equivalent preferred)
• Desire to earn a highly competitive wage (plus overtime potential)
• Willingness to work in Dayton, Ohio
