Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year

• Experience as an Intelligent Process Automation practitioner, familiar with the high-level architecture, licensing model, and key features of UiPath tool.
• Proven management experience in leading and executing global automation programs involving Robotic Process Automation, Smart Data Intake, ML, Gen AI, and Agentic AI solutions, with established governance at the executive leadership level.
• Strong operational rigor with a track record of managing clients and programs effectively to drive results.
• Business acumen, preferably with background in leading AI/Automation delivery in the Insurance sector.
• Leadership abilities to guide and develop a high-performing team, adapting to the demands of the digital and automation landscape.
• Exceptional influencing skills to collaborate across teams and promote optimal solutions for clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a robust executive presence.
• Financial acumen to oversee project P&L internally and inform external client investment decisions.
• Experience working in multi-geo environments, fostering effective relationships in a global delivery model.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities and problem-solving proactively.
• Excellent client management skills and experience.
• Ability to collaborate within a virtual and matrixed setting.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

• Ensure delivery excellence by implementing best practices, managing outcomes, and fulfilling our commitments during both implementation and support phases.
• Collaborate with customer architects to engineer and implement suitable automation solutions that meet desired business outcomes.
• Establish, maintain, or enhance the Intelligent Process Automation capabilities within designated accounts, identifying interconnected solution opportunities and expanding existing functionalities.
• Serve as a reliable delivery partner and point of contact for both clients and Cognizant teams throughout the automation program or engagement.
• Monitor and manage contractual obligations to ensure adherence to delivery expectations.
