- Demonstrate business skills with the ability to effectively negotiate priorities across multiple groups and teams.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs to keep the project plan accurate and updated, reflecting authorized project changes as defined in the change management plan to facilitate customer acceptance.
- Identify high-level risks, assumptions, and constraints, then implement approved actions and workarounds to minimize the impact of risks on the project.
- Communicate any development or resourcing roadblocks to leadership and facilitate resolution.
- Create and implement remedies to obstacles and challenges throughout the course of the project.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders beyond IT services, including finance, communications, and legal, to cover all potential downstream implications of a project.
- Improve team performance by building team cohesiveness and leading, mentoring, training, and motivating to facilitate cooperation among the teams.
