Program Manager

Location: 3 Days Hybrid to Hoboken, NJ

Duration: 1 year with possible extension

Domain: Financial Services, specifically in financial crime / Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

Client is launching a strategic Center of Excellence (CoE). We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead this initiative, drive execution, and own key customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the establishment and scaling of the Actimize Center of Excellence within the client
• Take immediate ownership of client programs and professional services engagements
• Build and manage high-performing, cross-functional delivery teams
• Serve as a senior point of contact for strategic Actimize customer relationships
• Collaborate closely with Actimize and the client executive leadership to align priorities and outcomes
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies and CoE roadmap execution
• Ensure operational discipline, governance, and client satisfaction across engagements

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of program management or delivery leadership experience, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment
• Executive-level presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Proven experience building and scaling delivery teams and executing large-scale transformation programs
• Technical background; AWS certification or equivalent cloud experience is a strong plus
• Experience in Financial Services (e.g., J.P. Morgan, Barclays, or similar) preferred
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills Preferred Attributes:
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action
• Familiarity with Actimize solutions or broader financial crime/compliance platforms
• Prior experience in CoE setup or global delivery operations.
