• Perform exceptional massages and body treatments following award‑winning protocols
• Fully prepare each treatment according to established service criteria
• Educate guests on the benefits of services performed and recommend products for home care
• Promote additional services and enhancement treatments
• Deliver consistent, high‑quality treatments (up to 7–8 per day—we like to keep you busy!)
• Maintain treatment rooms and common areas to Woodhouse brand standards
• Continue developing skills through
