As a Psychiatric RN, you will join an evidence-based program and a dynamic team for the opportunity to learn and refine your clinical and engagement skills and accomplish your dream of helping people to make progress on their unique recovery journeys. Salary: $80,000- $90,000 annually. $5k Sign-on Bonus.

Psychiatric RNs on PACT teams are critical to the success of the people served by Bridgeway. RNs provide nursing assessment, direct-support services, and primary health screening to individuals whose goals include recovery from mental illness and substance use conditions. PACT RNs use their skills to provide leadership, support, and education to other team members in nursing/medical treatment and health care. They are an essential part of a multi-disciplinary team working together to provide individuals the tools to become and remain stable and healthy.

PACT RNs receive ongoing training, and supportive supervision as they deliver evidence-based interventions, and wrap-around services.

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred but associates in nursing accepted
• Valid NJ Registered Nurse license
• Valid driver’s license, no more than one moving violation within the past 12 months
