Role- Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff.
- Oversee and operate all aspects of the pharmacy, ensuring patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management.
- Lead patient care programs, displaying empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues.
- Motivate, inspire, and develop Pharmacy Support Staff, balancing assignments that maximize strengths, address development opportunities, and reduce knowledge gaps.
- Identify critical business opportunities and contribute to meaningful solutions that drive growth and improve performance.
- Implement solutions, leading the team to achieve specified goals.
- Adapt to change and adjust plans to thrive in a dynamic community health‑care setting.
- Seek new ways to grow, collaborate, and deliver better outcomes.

Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
- No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.
D. degree.

Pay Range: $60.00 – $76.00 per hour (base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary). Additional compensation may include bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive program.
