Senior Accounting Manager

A global, multi-market organization with a strong international footprint is seeking a Senior Global Consolidation Manager to join its Global Finance team. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this role offers significant visibility and influence, partnering closely with executive leadership and international stakeholders to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and transparency of global financial reporting.

As a key leader within Global Finance, the Senior Global Consolidation Manager will oversee global consolidation and reporting activities, support informed decision-making, and help strengthen financial processes across the organization. You’ll collaborate across regions, functions, and external partners while playing a meaningful role in shaping how the business measures and reports performance.

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual global consolidations (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Lead multi-currency consolidations
  , FX translation, and foreign exchange analysis
• Manage intercompany eliminations
  , reconciliations, and inventory-related margin
• Ensure accurate accounting for complex areas including accruals, provisions, and reserves
• Prepare and review group-level reporting packages (Actuals, Forecasts, Budgets)
• Partner with corporate finance, local market teams, and external auditors
• Drive close acceleration
  , process improvements, and internal control enhancements
• Deliver clear variance analysis and executive-ready insights
• Support finance transformation initiatives, including systems and automation projects

• 6–7 years of experience in consolidation, audit, or global accounting
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and consolidation principles (US GAAP exposure a plus)
• Experience with in a large, international, matrixed organization
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, with the ability to think strategically
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
