Our client, a leading organization in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a Customer Demand Planner to join their team. As a Customer Demand Planner
, you will be an integral part of the Supply Chain department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, digital proficiency, collaboration, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Customer Demand Planner

Location: Hoboken NJ (HYBRID)

Pay Range: $25 - $30 hourly on W-2

Duration: 1 Year Contract

What’s the Job?
  • Owns demand modeling, inventory planning, and replenishment for key customers, with a focus on baseline forecasts and promotional volume/phasing.
  • Collaborates frequently with Customer Development, customers, and supply chain partners to ensure strong service levels and sales performance.
  • Uses data and analytics to create accurate inventory plans that improve fill rates, customer satisfaction, and logistics efficiency.
  • Analyzes order and supply chain trends to identify improvements, optimize inventory positions, and support joint business plan goals.
  • Builds and executes efficient order and shipment plans that balance service, cost, and compliance with terms of sale.
What’s Needed?
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business-related fields and 1-3 years of relevant Logistics, Operations, Manufacturing, or Customer Service experience required.
  • REQUIRED: Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning/Forecasting, Data Analysis, Inventory Management, Order Management, Stakeholder Management, Microsoft Office Suite with Advanced Excel skills
  • PREFERRED: CPG/Wholesale Experience, B2B Customer Facing Experience, Retail HQ Experience, Logistics/Supply Chain
  • Understanding: of SAP, AMPS, Merlin or other Supply Chain information systems and strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Access.
