Full Charge Bookkeeper

This is a full-time on-site role for a Full Charge Bookkeeper located in Hoboken, NJ. The Full Charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing the company’s financial records, including preparing financial statements, recording journal entries, overseeing bookkeeping tasks, and ensuring payroll taxes are accurately processed. This role also involves collaborating with other departments to ensure financial operations align with organizational goals and deadlines.

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
• Knowledge and skill in Journal Entries (Accounting) and general Accounting practices
• Accounts Payable
• Bank Reconciliations
• Balance Sheet Schedules
• Booking Office Expenses and Expenses from Sales Team
• Booking vendors bills and checking for any discrepancies
• Bank Deposits
• Proficiency with relevant accounting software and tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or equivalent are a plus
• Preferred experience in Logistics and Transportation
• Candidates with knowledge of Quick Books online preferred
