• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Restaurant Leader, for all restaurant employees.
• Oversee the restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards.
• Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all food service products.
• Use P&L and store reports to affect change and drive performance.

• Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching.
• Ability to ensure restaurant condition complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards.
• Strength in ensuring proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all food service products.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel preferred).
• A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of Restaurant Management experience.
• Ability to multi-task, perform repetitive motions, stand, bend, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
