General Manager - Salaried
OverviewMcDonald’s franchisee offers a General Manager position for a restaurant. The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring the restaurant meets critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Responsibilities- Lead the restaurant team, setting goals and creating plans to achieve them.
- Hire, develop, and coach Department Managers and Shift Managers.
- Drive restaurant performance by improving departments, increasing customer standards.
- Collaborate with the owner/leader to develop restaurant strategy and achieve goals.
- Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations.
- Background in quick service restaurants strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team building skills.
- Competitive pay ($60,000.00 to $80,000.00) depending on experience.
- Performance‑based monthly bonus plan, up to $24,000.00 to annual compensation.
- Paid Time Off Eligibility earned via service time.
- Education opportunities: high school degree, college tuition assistance, English classes as a second language.
